Terms & Conditions

1. Rate Lock Eligibility & Cancellation

Plans enrolled under the 2026 Rate Lock are eligible for the locked rate only while active.

If a plan is cancelled, the client will no longer be eligible to re-enroll at the locked rate.

2. Use of Remaining Hours Upon Cancellation

In the event of cancellation with unused hours remaining, those hours may be utilized within seven (7) calendar days from the cancellation date.

Any unused hours beyond this period will be forfeited.
Rollover of hours is not permitted unless explicitly stated as part of the selected plan.

3. Refunds and Transfers

All Rate Lock plans are non-refundable.

However, remaining hours may be transferred to another project or designated user, subject to prior notice and approval by EEVA Online.

4. General Terms

EEVA Online reserves the right to interpret and enforce these terms to ensure fair, consistent, and transparent application across all clients.
