As we close the year, we’re opening a limited Rate Lock option for clients who want predictability and continuity going into the new year.
By enrolling on December 31, you can secure a locked VA rate for your selected plan.
This is not a sale.
It’s a rate commitment designed for clients who value consistency and long-term planning.

Terms & Conditions
1. Cancellation Policy
If a plan under the Year-End Rate Lock is cancelled, the client will no longer be eligible to re-enroll at the locked rate.
2. Use of Remaining Hours Upon Cancellation
In the event of cancellation with remaining hours, those hours may be used within two (2) weeks from the cancellation date.
Unused hours beyond this period will be forfeited.
Rollovers are not permitted unless the rollover feature is explicitly included in the selected plan.
3. Refunds and Transfers
All plans are non-refundable. However, hours are transferable to another project or designated user, subject to prior notice and approval.
4. General
EEVA reserves the right to interpret and enforce these terms to ensure fair and consistent application across all clients.
