Elite Retainer Plans
A retainer fee (equivalent to a fraction of a one-year Virtual Assistant service) is required for EEVA Elite.

- Discounted Rate – Equivalent to $8/hour vs. our published $15/hour standard rate.
- Cost Savings – Retainer plans are more cost-effective than standard hourly rates.
Flexible Retainer Usage
Your retainer can be applied in many ways, including:
- Expanding your virtual team during peak periods.
- Drawing from your pool of hours as needed.
- Saving for future or unexpected business needs.
- Renewing your plan anytime.
- Keeping your hours with no expiry.
Project-Based
For clients with a specific short-term project, we offer a limited project-based option under EEVA Elite.
- 100 Hours of Premium VA Support – Dedicated exclusively to your project.
- Discounted Rate – Equivalent to $8/hour vs. our published $15/hour standard rate.
- Roll-Over Within Project – Any unused hours can be applied until project completion.
- Validity – Must be used within 3 months of project start.
- One-Time Payment – $800, payable in full.
- Renewal Courtesy – You may renew for another 100 hours once your remaining balance reaches 50 hours. Once usage falls below 30 hours, renewal at this discounted rate is no longer permitted.

- Pay in Full: 100 hours at the discounted rate of $8.00 per hour
- Weekly installment Plan
- 10 hours weekly x 52 weeks in a year x $8 per hour or a total of $4,160.00
- 30% down payment or $1,248.00
- 70% balance is payable in 16 weekly installments of $182.00
