9 PM (Manila Time) – My Workday Begins with Texas Time

While most people in my city are winding down for the night, I’m just getting started! Since I follow Texas time for one of my clients, my first task is to send appointment reminders to patients, ensuring they don’t miss their upcoming visits.

It’s a simple yet crucial task—keeping patients informed while helping my client’s practice run smoothly.

Early Morning – Rest & Recharge

After completing my night shift, it’s finally time to get some well-earned rest. Since I work across different schedules, balancing work and sleep is key to staying productive.

8 AM – A New Workday Begins!

Refreshed and ready, I dive into my next set of tasks for other clients. My work spans multiple areas, including:
✔️ Audio-video-graphics – Editing and designing creative assets
✔️ Event planning and management – Coordinating details for upcoming events
✔️ Website updates – Ensuring everything stays fresh and functional
✔️ Blog writing & content creation – Helping share valuable insights

The mix of creative and administrative tasks keeps me engaged, and I love seeing the impact my work has on their projects.

Afternoon – Supporting More Clients

My day doesn’t stop there. I shift gears to assist more clients who need my expertise. Whether it’s managing social media, handling emails, or tackling special projects, I make sure each client gets the attention they need.
