Top 8 Tools Our Virtual Assistants Use

Most of our clients have no idea what tools are best to use when they hire our services. Here’s a quick guide on what our Virtual Assistants love to use.

1) Zoom
Zoom is a video conferencing software that is used worldwide. Since we’ve started our VA team, we’ve been using Zoom. It supports HD video and audio, recording, transcripts and screen sharing. It’s security features is now stricter than before. We like that it was the waiting rooms, passcodes and user authentication.

2) Google Meet
Google’s video conferencing software is very user friendly since our team is signed up to Google Suite. It’s easy to schedule and launch calls. It can also record and share screens, files and links.

3) Google Calendar
Since we’re signed up to Google Suite, it includes this free scheduling tool. It’s very easy to use and automatically tied up to our GMail address. It’s also syncing calendars if you have multiple GMail accounts. It also has the color-coded feature which helps identify your priority appointments.

4) LastPass
A tool that’s extremely helpful to us in protecting our clients credentials. Installing LastPass lets us access their accounts because it automatically fills in the usernames and passwords without us seeing the actual text.

5) Dropbox
When we started, this was the only cloud storage platform we were using. It’s been popularly used by businesses worldwide. Currently, we’ve got 2 accounts for use by the Leadership and the VAs.

6) Google Drive
Our top choice today for storing and sharing files with so much ease. It’s best in collaborating because our Virtual Assistants can work on the documents and spreadsheets at the same time. Plus, it is part of our GSuite account.

7) Trello
Our preferred tool when it comes to organizing clients projects and tasks. We like the board and that we can integrate it in our Google chat.

8) Asana
Some of our clients use this project management software and it’s also a good tool. Even the free version has lots of features.

There are so many tools available online. If you can recommend something better, we’re open to it. For now, these are our preferred ones.
